Avoid flying near roads, MRT tracks, trees, power lines and other obstacles such as lamp posts and holes on the ground.
Fly below 60 meters and never within 5km of an airport. In doubt contact CAAS.
Extreme care not to engage kite lines with spectators and other kite flyers.
Tremendous pull may result from gusting wind conditions, use protective gloves. Wind direction and intensity can change very quickly.
You must be prepared to stay long period under the sun. Bring sunblock and plenty of drinking water.
